To order the service of a regular taking funds out of a card account, you need:

1. To address the branch of the bank, having on you the following documents:

• the passport  of a citizen of Ukraine (or another document, according to the requirements of  existing legislation of Ukraine)
•  identification code of a tax payer
• your own copy of an agreement about the opening of an account, on which monthly transfer of funds will be made. 

2. To sign an application and a collateral agreement.

3. To pay a fee according to the bank tariffs for provisioning of the service of a regular taking funds out of a card account.
