Lost and stolen cards
In case of lost or stolen payment card, you should urgently enter the card in "Stop-list" of the Bank, calling 24-hours call-center 044 495 29 00, 0 800 302 000. The card is blocked after client's identification by contact center employee. The reponsibility for untimely enter in "Stop-list" is taken by the client. Within 24 hours you should give a written application of lost or stolen card in the Bank branch, the card was registered. To unblock the card you should give a written statement
If you while using the payment card input the wrong pin-code for three times, your card is blocked. To unblock the card you should address to 24-hours contact center of the Bank 044 495 29 00, 0 800 302 000. Removal of pin-code block is provided after client identification by contact center employee.
Lost pin-code
In case of lost pin-code for your payment card or in case you are not able to remember it, you should give written application for card re-issue in the Bank branch, the card was registered. On the basis of your statement during 5 working days the Bank will emit a new payment card with new pin-code. It is IMPOSSIBLE to restore a pin-code, you have lost or are not able to remember!
Card damage
If your payment card is not working on the reason of magnetic strip damage or other mechanic damage, you should give a written application for card re-issue in the Bank office, the card was registered.
Card confiscation by ATM
In case of your payment card confiscation by ATM (our or other Bank) you should apply for 24-hours contact center by phone number 044 495 29 00, 0 800 302 000.
Refuse in card servicing of ATM or trade outlet
If the ATM or Pos-terminal can't read the information from your payment card you apply should for 24-hours contact center by phone number 044 495 29 00, 0 800 302 000.
