The Bank «Finance and Credit» continues loyalty policy for the borrowers

      It is said there is always a way out. If you are not able to pay in time payment on your loan obligations, and your acquaintance wants and has possibility to fulfill all obligations to bank, Bank «Finance and Credit» is ready to step forward to you. Now clients - borrowers of the Bank have an opportunity to transfer the debt to other person.
      According to Igor Shevchenko, Head of Retail Products Sales Department, Bank Finance and Credit: «We take charge of our clients and we adhere to as much as possible loyal conditions in dialogue with them. Individuals who by any reason are not able, as a result of deterioration of the repayment situation, hereafter in due time and in full to carry out the obligations on the loan contracts concluded with Bank, now have a possibility to transfer a debt on other individual who is interested in such operation realisation».
     Thus the interest rate under the loan remains invariable, the scheme of repayment of the loan by new borrower is monthly, classical or EMI. Loan term can be prolonged for the term not more than 2 years for auto-loans and 5 years - for mortgage loans. Thus the general term of crediting for the new borrower should not exceed: for mortgage programs – 180 months, for programs on acquisition of (on the security) autos of domestic production and manufacture of the Republic of China – 84 months, cars of foreign manufacture – 108 months.
